For this illustration I wanted to keep the style loose and painterly. I don’t usually do that very often for an actual poster so it was difficult for me to not ‘finish’ things more. Hopefully I threaded the line of enough detail but still vague enough that it isn’t as literal as my usual stuff. Vintage horror movie posters are usually so nicely rough in style and I wanted to try and capture that feeling.
