This was my first blu ray cover project with Shout Factory (for their Scream Factory label) and I am excited to be able to show it off. I hadn’t seen the movie before working on this but love any excuse to work on a slightly crazy 80’s movie poster/cover. I wanted to show how the robot morphs into Kristy Swansons character with a simple fade effect in my 1980’s style with airbrush and coloured pencils. The illustration is being used on a poster and also the blu ray cover.
