When I was in art school in the late 1980’s the Star Trek TNG show with Patrick Stewart had just been launched and we were all big fans and we used to take a break from our projects to watch when we could.
Fast forward a few (too many) years and now Seth McFarlane has released the first season of what is obviously an homage to the old TNG show…so of course I watched hoping to enjoy it.
Happily I can say they seemed to capture the right feeling and have thrown in some humour as well which makes it even more enjoyable. I just had to create a poster with all the main crew of The Orville, along with the cool design of the ship itself.
