I grew up in the 80s fascinated by BMXs and doing stunts, so when Umbrella Entertainment asked me to work on RAD I was super excited about it. Hal Needham directed this movie, along with Cannonball Run, Hooper, and Smokey and the Bandit among others.

The style of the illustration had to be bold colours and an airbrush feel.
