These are two entries for an alternative movie poster contest for the film Rampage with Dwayne Johnson.
For the first illustration I wanted to show the gorilla, George, and Dwayne Johnson in a simple composition with the title placed over the image. The use of warm and cool tones helps create focus and depth.
For the second illustration I wanted to show the three main monsters of the film, with Dwayne Johnson positioned in the foreground so that the focus is slightly more on him. I also hoped that the composition would show just how large the monsters are.
